A little bit about Ikat and Pearls Boutiques…
Do you know the meaning of Ikat? We hoped it would cause you to pause and inquire.
After discovering the lovely zig zag pattern “ikat”, from Indonesia, we knew we were close to finding a name that represented both our vision and unique style. Seeing it utilized in both fashion and home textiles helped us check the many boxes we were aiming for. Yet we weren’t done, adding our love of pearls to the second half of the title made for a no brainer.
We currently have 4 lifestyle boutiques. Two are located on California Street in downtown Ventura, one in The Arcade Ojai, and one on Linden Avenue, Carpinteria. From stylish home decor to handcrafted designer jewelry, we’ve got you covered for all your shopping needs. So many people ask if we ship, and the answer is finally YES!
Return Policy
Out-of-state buyers: If not satisfied with clothing item it can be shipped back at buyers expense. Item(s) must be in resellable condition to receive full credit (i.e. it must be in new and unworn condition with tags still attached).
After meeting this criteria, an online store credit of equal value will be issued to the original cardholder. It expires within six months from date of issuance. *Credit card refunds will not be issued, only store credit will be proffered.
Jewelry: If there is breakage not due to excessive wear and tear (wearing daily, sleeping in, showering in an item etcc)a complimentary repair will be offered as a courtesy for three months from date of purchase. If we are unable to fix a chain for instance, a credit or alternate chain will be offered.
Pave diamonds are set by tension mounting.
If you bang, drop your diamond, or mishandle your diamond, it loosens the setting and the diamonds may fall out as a result. *We are not responsible for replacing any lost diamonds.
In-state-buyers: Buyer may ship returns back in new and unworn condition with tags still attached, or hand deliver to our physical store location (24 S California Street, Ventura) with the original receipt in hand, within 30 days from purchase. Given the option to either ship or hand deliver the item, the return window will close after 30 days. No exceptions.
After meeting this return criteria, a store credit will then be issued (no refunds to credit card). Store credit receipts must be redeemed in person, allowing for assigned sku numbers to be processed. Store credit is only good for 60 days from issuance. *Please store credit receipts in a safe place as any lost or damaged receipts will not be honored, and cannot be recreated in our system.
